A strategic location

The Hotel Signa is placed in a peaceful and picturesque corner in the Borgobello area, close to Porta San Pietro, just outside the limited traffic area, it is possible to park on the street for free.

The most important attractions as well as the bus and the MiniMetro station can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. The MiniMetro connects the historical centre with the train station, the stadium and the sports hall.

The family Signa runs the hotel since three generations and has recently made renovations to offer a more comfortable stay

Starting from 2025 all the rooms have air conditioning. The rooms facing the valley, some of them with balcony, offer an incredible view over the green Umbria.

Placed just a few tens of meters from the hotel, the Apartments Signa offer different typologies of small accommodations with kitchenette for short and long stay.

Hotel Signa is located down a small alley with a sloped street. It is very comfortable and clean. Well positioned to explore the town centre. Clean rooms and a lift for easy access to rooms. Stunning views of Umbria. Staff were very friendly and most helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Signa in July 2024 for the Umbria Jazz Festival (very cool, btw). It’s a 2-star hotel, but it is absolutely fantastic. Location – great, very, very close to the centre and relatively close to the mini metro station. The hotel is neat and clean, it has an old-school vibe, but it’s all the cuter for it! The staff is very nice and sweet. The croissants we had for breakfast (3 EUR, if you want it) were nice and fresh and the coffee was GREAT! In the summer, you have breakfast on the outside terrace in the shade and there is a swing, too! The hotel is well-maintained and everything went smoothly. We communicated by email with Mario and he was helpful and responsive. I cannot recommend Signa more! A lovely bunch! <3

The 2 star hotel rating does not reflect how good this charming well run family hotel is. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. ( special mention for the housekeeping staff always warm and smiling ).

Really friendly staff and hotel’s location ideal, 10 minutes walk from airlink bus. Had a great room, with terrace and a spectacular view. Quiet area of town and very comfortable beds. Free wi-fi is always a plus.
